Marine Technician - Lake Conroe (Full Time)
Location: Lake Conroe, Montgomery, TX, USA
Pay Type: Base + Commission on Performance

Rinkers Boat World—Lake Conroe's Service Department is looking for an experienced Marine Technician. Still working toward your Certification? We’ll help you achieve that while paying better-than-competitive wages.
Summary: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair marine engines, electrical, and electronic systems. Work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Follow safety and OSHA standards.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose marine systems
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Document work performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with Service Managers
