I purchased my boat from Rinker’s Boat World and couldn’t be happier with the ongoing support I’ve received. Owner Chris Rinker has personally stepped in more than once to stand behind repairs on my boat, which means everything when issues arise. Time and again, this team has bailed me out and resolved stubborn problems, always with a great attitude and prompt return phone calls. Geoff Lynch in customer care deserves a big shout-out for personally bird-dogging and solving issues that just wouldn’t go away. Jim Grant is someone I can always trust. One weekend I had more than 20 family members coming to my lake house for boating and floating, and my boat’s surf system was stuck in a position that made the boat hard to use. Jim personally drove over 40 miles to fix the problem himself so we could still enjoy the day. Will Dengering is one of the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with on a boat transaction. He’s always helping me with everything, and that same weekend he came to my house, arrived with a new prop, and changed it himself. Melanie has helped me launch my boat several times when I needed a hand and even drove me back to my house after I dropped the boat off. Lamar is always ready to help when I have questions. Carrie Ranney is always so much fun—she organizes fantastic customer appreciation events and even helped me with my dogs. Amy is an excellent boat salesperson who is diligent and outstanding at follow-up. From the top down, this is simply the highest level of customer service anywhere. What a great buying experience. Amy was low pressure and super knowledgeable. There wasn’t a question I asked that she didn’t know the answer. She took her time to find us the perfect model for our needs. On delivery she had the boat in the water and took us out on the lake to explain in detail how everything works. When we got back they were waiting with our trailer so we could load the boat and take it home. We were super impressed with the whole experience.

I had a great buying experience with Rinker’s Conroe store, I purchased a cobalt R4 surf boat. It started at the Houston Boat and Auto show where I was assisted by Sam Thornton, Sales Manager. Sam and his team did a good job of explaining the options for the R4 Surf boat. They took time at the Conroe store to insure that I ordered exactly what I was after. Rinker did an excellent job of receiving the boat from the factory, prepping it, breaking it in for me.
