Dock Hand / Tractor Driver
Pay: Starts at $12/hr; $15/hr with experience
Keep our Lake Conroe docks running: launch and dock boats for customers and the service team, and help keep the marina looking sharp.
Responsibilities
- Launch, dock and retrieve boats safely
- Drive the tractor to move boats and trailers around the property
- Cover and uncover boats; keep docks clean and maintained
- Light detailing and prep
- Assist customers on the docks with a friendly, professional attitude
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to swim and work safely around water
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, humid Texas summers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 30 lbs

Marine TechnicianRelocation assistance available
Pay: Base plus commission on performance — very competitive
Diagnose, repair and maintain boats and engines for one of Texas's longest-running family-owned dealerships. Yamaha Outboard, Volvo Penta and MerCruiser experience is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Engine diagnostics and repair (outboard and sterndrive)
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Scheduled maintenance and winterization
- Installation of accessories and systems
- Accurate documentation of work performed
- Follow all shop safety procedures
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude; marine technician experience preferred
- Yamaha Outboards, Volvo Penta or MerCruiser experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Boat Detailer Technician
Make every boat that leaves our lot look its best — inside and out.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior cleaning and polishing
- Apply protective coatings and finishes
- Spot and report damage or needed repairs
- Keep the detail bay clean and organized
Requirements

- Comfortable on ladders and lifting 30 lbs

Service Advisor / Service Writer
Pay: Competitive pay plus performance bonuses
Be the face of our service department: check customers in, write clear repair orders and keep owners informed from drop-off to pickup.
Responsibilities
- Customer check-in and boat photography
- Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
- Keep customers updated on status and estimates
- Process warranty claims
Requirements
- Solid mechanical understanding of boats and engines
- Computer proficiency and strong written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license
- Bonus: boating experience, towing a boat trailer, warranty administration
