"My wife and I have bought 3 boats from Jerry and Chris. We have had the 310, 342 and now have the 390 EC Hardtop. These guys are great to deal with. Our trade-ins have always brought top dollar. "This is our second purchase with Chris and Rinker's Boat World. We purchased our very first boat in March of 2007. It was a 1998 Captiva 212 in terrific shape. We decided to purchase a brand new 2009 Captiva 226XL from Chris in January 2010 and the experience was awesome! " I bought my 1st Rinker in 1988 from Jerry. I bought my 2nd (current) Rinker Captiva 232 in 2000 and Jerry was my salesman again. I stayed with Rinker for 2 reasons, 1st, the boats have been fantastic and 2nd, dealing with the Rinker family. Both Jerry and Chris are great to deal with, they truly care about their customers and they take pride on their product. In 2005 I was transferred to Louisiana and in 2008 I was tramsferred to Mississippi. I have yet to find a dealer or service provider that can fill the shoes of the folks at Rinker."

"My family and I looked from Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas for six months. We went to all local dealers but were unaware of Rinker�s Boat world. I called Rinker�s Boat World on Wednesday and spoke with Trey and he explained there dealer ship was different than any other I had visited (SAME OLD TALK) but I went. I got to Rinker�s around 5:15 pm Thursday and spoke with Trey and he showed me the inventory that I was interested in, Trey explained in detail about every boat (used boat) I left around 6:45 PM, I didn�t know they closed at 5:30 and they never acted like it (as all the other dealers have). On Friday at 5:00pm my family got to Rinker�s and got with Trey and I showed up at 5:45pm. Trey took the time to go thru the same for my family as he did the day before for me. My family got Rinker�s (Trey) to take us out Saturday to ride in the boat we had selected, we met up at 1:00PM to test out boat, my son wanted to ride his Wakeboard behind the boat, Trey said sure so we got my son set up and he rode for a little while, my family and Trey spent (for most dealers) to long on a test ride. If you are looking for a dealership who not only sells quality boats new and used, also with a great service department and has that true family atmosphere then go no further Rinker�s boat world is the place for you!! My family is a proud owner of a Supra SSV24 thanks to a local dealership who is family owned an operated. Thanks to Tray and Chris for all there hard work. "

"Wow, what can I say? I know I will run out of room before I am done typing. The staff of Rinker's Boat World was the best; from the sales department, financing, parts and service everyone was super nice. To be quite honest with you I felt like we were all one big happy family. I never felt pressured by anyone at anytime. The customer service they provided is very hard to find these days.
